love homemade marinar sauce. I made some last feb. out of some tomatoes that i canned in 2020 and got tooooo much lemon juice in and them some tomatoes that i had canned in 2021 that i got toooo much salt in. lol. turned out perfect though. i need to make some more, but i don't know when that will be...maybe next year.

@@SuzieQTrainwreck make it every other year. This year was tomato sauce next year will be salsa. Though I may have to make a few jars of salsa because I only have 6 quarts left and that isn’t gonna last til next year
