I think Takumi's overtaking technique on Nakazato is quite similar to Tomoyuki's "disappearing line" tactic, which in turn inspires Takumi's "Blind Attack"

**spoilers** blind attack on the Miata NB didn't really count because the NB driver doesn't pay attention to what's behind him and only concentrates on the track. He even relocated his mirror away from Takumi so he doesn't look back. Takumi of I recall only used his headlights off as aero and turned them back on to get a bit of push back and brake force for a corner. Kinda like an air brake on active rear wings.
