I wanna make few corrections 6:11 Penny isn't the captain, Darryl is. She is more fitting for the role of a leader/captain since she acctually is well... behaving like one, while Tick is not very smart and just follows her around, Darryl is lazy and childlike though the trio as a whole is equally wacky. The coins she fires are fake, so not a good currency for anything. 6:32 They are Carl's eyes 11:28 Griff is acctually a human. He's very greedy, and a cheapskate who uses the money of his own employees to fight instead of his own. I'm 100% sure a similar thing happened like Poco, his head turned into a cash register. 11:43 Grom is a security guard at the Fairytale Castle's courtyard. He wears his hoodie over his eyes to hide his fear of children, as he still has trauma from being a teacher. His walkie-talkie, named Bud, is definitely a sentient object, not just a normal communication device. Gale is a janitor/handiman who just does everything that his mad boss or a sentient ice cone machine wouldn't do to keep the hotel running. Collette is a cashier and she obsesses over everyone but Spike and Piper are her favorite. 13:31 Ash is a janitor and he's implied to be a human who crawled into a trash can for protection. The trash can propably fused with his body hence why it just fits him like a glove despite being a trash can.
