It's bad cuz the enemy is hit in a terrible angle (~60°) from the bottom of the ground. Her nSig on spear has way more range and throws the opponent significantly further up which makes it kill faster anyway. Zariels side sig on either weapon pulls the opponent very far forward which makes the distance to the kill zone much smaller than throwing them from where they were initially hit and is therefore a good signature.

I've been maining Lin Fei since the start of the season, and im dying more on the inside then in game. Fr tho, it's not that bad. Lin Fei's cannon sSig is the absolute worst, I hate it so much. I hope whoever made it forgets to bring a quarter to Aldi. It's soooooo slow, and the initial hitbox!?! You just go through the opponent 70% of the time. It also doesn't kill, but it's Lin Fei, literally nothing kills. Either slow it down slightly with better hitboxes or speed it up, like Yumiko hammer/Cross guns sSig (maybe not this fast). I find her katars sSig is awesome on the other hand. It practically hits behind you (unlike nSig). I use it like Sentinel dSig. Infact, I think Lin Fei has some of the best katars sigs. The dSig jumps, making you look cool when you dodge your opponent and kill them, and NOBODY espects the offstage dSig. It's a projectile to, which is cool. Also, dash to nSig will account for 77.53% of your kills (on both weapons).

I would argue yumiko's worst sig to be by far bow ssig. Bow Dsig is also, imo, the best bow sig. Dsig on bow can cover the ledge with a threatening kill combo (Dsig recovery from any hit) or even dsig gp if they hit it late. GCing dsig above stage lets you fish for a kill extremely safely. Slight>Dsig covers a dodge in and, on any other dodge, cannot be directly punished. Dsig true combos into nearly her entire kit if hit on start-up. Ssig, on the other hand, lacks any form of priority, leaves you open for a long time afterwards, and can really only ever be used as a read out of slight or for recovery. Slide charging ssig might be the way to go, but slide charging dsig is better in all cases

For Ada I would say it's her blaster side sig because the down sig is better because it's safer, and until 60, it true combos out of stacked dlight. I also think the side sig is just much more punishable because you just stand is place, with a hitbox that isnt all that big. Sure it has force, but it doesn't have the utility of the down sig.

I think Petra's gauntlet down sig is the worst she has, just becuse her hitbox is so bad that any attack would cancel the dsig and even the dsig itself is sometimes hard to land, while orb dsig could be more useful on wall

I feel like for jiro his worst sig is sword dsig. The hitbox is not existence as it never hits and he is literally standing still the whole time exposed to anything, making it very very punishable. However, removing the 2nd part of his nsig is something that can give him a lot more potential from being punished. As for what I feel should change is his sword dsig where he should be able to switch spots with his shadow at the end of the cast even if it doesn't hit. Just my opinion, lots of love eggsoup ❤ keep up the great content 👍.

nah gonna have to disagree imo easily the worst sig on cross is ssig on guns its hitbox is so smol and barely hits since its startup is a little slow but just enough to be jumped over. as a level 78 cross i can describe cross as a heavy read and missing any sig will almost always leave you open and the hitboxes are small and hard to hit but is balanced by his hard hitting sigs which is why nsig is godly its so good since if you know your opponent well nsig is scary same with dsig on gaunts its super read heavy

Gotta agree. His worst sig is guns ssig. Guns nsig and gauntlets dsig is very good since it's never expected which can really surprise your opponent. I would describe cross as a read heavy, badass looking, huge force, stock ending, "you get read, you're deceased" kind of legend. He's so underrated and the only people i see who play him are passive af.

Cross' worst sig is his gun nsig!? That sig is so good even though it can only be used under platforms. But wait, what if i slide charged it? You're basically making a wall of fire catching anything on the wall. Slide charge nsig is so good. It also doesn't make you fall on the rec frames like the other charge sigs does. Think about it, your opponent usually expect a dair, gp, or falling sair. But when you pull out the slide charge nsig they'll be like "wtf is that?" And freeze making them sitting ducks. Slide charge dsig is good but have you try slide charge nsig? It's a cold, cheek slapping, can of baked beans, stock ending, fear-inducing, tilt causing kind of sig and i _love_ it.

going offstage is not optimal in the first place, when someones on the wall you should wait to catch them when they try and get back on stage. You have the advantage, going on the wall gives the opponent equal playing field to regain the advantage. and with a sig with tht many recovery frames its an easy punish and rly predictable. and its soo bad onstage lol

@@owenowers Offstage is not optimal? Well I'm a high risk high reward kind of guy which is why i play him in the first place. I usually do this when the opponent is wallhugging or is recovering to the wall, the timing is very tight but very rewarding. It's very unusable onstage unless you got enough pressure and read on your opponent, it's also very tilting since it can be use to juggle your opponent, not to mention an early ko after nair spam-> recovery-> gc nsig. I'd say that cross' worst sig is his gauntlets ssig just because it never hits unless you get in *very* dangerous space. Rewarding but literally unusable unless you're passive.

2 objections: Diana ssig on blasters is worst in my opinion, it’s super hard to hit because of the distance you travel and the distance the hitboxes are away from diana And Kor: hammer ssig, it’s slow and unreliable in my opinion, gravity cancel a dsig on stage and you’ll most likely catch someone off guard as you roll down from where you gc’d I’m also just biased because I don’t like either of these 2 characters

I disagree on Nix, but respect the opinion. Opinions differ based on elo and playstyle, but I honestly think that dsig shouldn't really be compared to ssig too much, keyphrase being "too much". The main differences I find is that you just can't slide ssig but that works in your favor if they're recovering slightly higher. Dsig can be slidecharged and honestly is my favorite signature in the entire game, works a lot for edgeguarding for them recovering low, and sometimes if you scythe dair them offstage in my experience you can just slidecharge dsig and people usually get caught by it. Idk, I'm probably wrong.
