I used facecheck and it pretty nice but I have a lot of connection issues and facecheck made it a lot worse. If your ping is consistent you should be chilling but my ping that usual hovers 40-50 and spikes up to 200-300 was staying at 2000-3000 ms. If you use facecheck make sure it's not causing you any problems

apparently since the player base grew, and the addition of the iron tier, cut the divisions, like b 3-s3 is silver, s2-g3 - gold g2-p3 - plat and so on. so dont feel bad also the game state is super weird and so is match making as of the past years. i liked how the game was back in s3/s4!
