Let's get one thing straight: Jada doesn't have "full blown" alopecia, she has a string just over her forehead where she loses hair. People with alopecia can not shave their head because they have no hair whatsoever to shave, even the hair roots are gone, eyebrows as well. If Jada let her hair grow out she could easily fix a hairdo which covered the small bald string in the front. If she gets a total alopecia her head will be completely bald to the skin, it would be smooth like a bowling ball. *Huge difference.*

It was so fake and staged, Men punch men not slap them.
@garros2 жыл бұрын
@@susiestone5644 Nope. There's so much wrong with that generalisation you just made. Men punching men, slapping men, stabbing men or whatever it is, is violence no better than any kind of violence done by a human on another human. Period. He was acting out this exact kind of BS when he went up on stage with the perceived expeectation that as a man an d husband he was expected to defend his wife's honour through physical violence, when in reality the situation in no way called for that kind of response. He had no idea what he was doing and then he kind of did a compromise with that very intense slap. which was no more acceptable than a punch. He then benefited from the privilege he enjoys as a man, and a famous celebrity, where a differemt person would have been immediately restrained, ejected and arrested. He's also lucky it was Chris Rock, who showed so much maturity and restraint where someone different would have a: not faced that situation because Smith would have been too scared or b: would have defended themselves and laid him out flat. There is NO way that the Academy would have allowed that stunt to take place in the current political and social climate. Maybe somewhere else but not there. It's absurd. And downplaying it as fake or as not the violent act it was is to be complicit in the continuation of the toxic culture that enables it in the first place. And just to be clear. Violent people punch men, women and children every day. Women also commit horrendous acts of violence and so do some children. You have an unfortunate idea of a man. Real men do NOT punch other people unless they are forced to defend their own or another's safety. Period.What you perceived as being inauthentic was the result of a real human in a real situation and as such it wasn't what you'd see in a movie or how men would try and say they would have done it if it was them, in order to live up to a toxic expectation of what a man is. It was a microcosm of one of the biggest problems with our society and it's already being romanticised and distorted. Sickening.

@garros2 жыл бұрын
@@z17seattle OK, let's say that's true and that his marriage is unhealthy. That's unfortunate. But by no means does it excuse him being violent to her or anyone else. The adult thing to do is to deal with that problem in a mature way, with professional help if needed. You don't get a free pass to commit acts of violence because your life isn't perfect. He's also ridiculously wealthy with resources and a life most people dream of, so to behave like that is disgusting. Blaming his wife for him being violent is absurd. He's a big boy and he can choose to end his relationship if it's causing him distress. None of it is relevant to the events of the Oscars.

The victim should never be put in the position to be responsible to decide what happens next, immediately after an assault and battery. The fact that the academy and/or academy affiliates are using Chris's statements (directly after the assault) as rationale for not ejecting Will Smith is absolutely despicable. Chris was slapped once by Will and now he's being slapped again by the academy for using Chris's statements as rationale for not taking action. As if the victim directly after an assault now needs to be burdened with exactly what must happen in the immediate aftermath. It's disgusting. When someone is assaulted, it's time for the people around the victim to step up and take control of the situation. Way to go academy.

My heart broke for Chris. I just wanted to hug him when he stood there. But he composed himself quickly and went on with the show. I really believed it was staged until Will dropped the F bomb twice. The GI Jane joke is a huge compliment to Jada. Demi Moore was in her 30s when the movie was made. She was hott.

This was way funnier then I thought. Cuz I was already so tired of this topic even tho I´ve tried to avoid it, it´s everywhere! But this with the Lab made my cheekbones hurt😉😂🤣 🤍

How high was Rondo for this one? He's laughing so loud before there's even any punchline that we can't even hear the punchline. :)
