You know what people call syndrome today is what i call having dreams and personality and being a real man its sad when people this days think that having a dream of doing great things in life or saving others or help others or having a strong and healthy or a being honorable loving husband like a prefect prince that want to take care of his wife as bad syndromes you know that attitude of seeing positive things as bad syndromes is exactly the type of thinking that will prevent you from achieving your goals in life and will make you a pathetic weakling selfish cowardly and unembitus man that will get nower in this world if you think like the dude who created this video you suffer from the loser beta soy boy syndrome that sadly so many suffering from this day. Say no to his bullshit and don't let your fears to make you unto pathetic loser be a hero save others help others train hard to look good be a prince and a good husband be a knight and protect your honour don't forget your childhood dreams and you will see that yes you may not become the greatest of them all but you will at least wont spend your life with fears.

I have one of those work Cinderella complexes. I spent my whole childhood planning to invent one successful thing and live off of it passively for the rest of my life. I dropped out of engineering school sophomore year, and actually ended up living passively at the lowest possible income which I got from my college fund, still invested in bonds after a year of community college. I spend only the interest, living in the cheapest apartment complex in a small town, eating the same 5 items every day which each cost $5 for the week, attending useless online classes to get my student tax write off, and recreating by producing obscene music that only I consume. I also have a complex unknown to this video where I apply every negative label I can find to myself, try to isolate myself from others, then take pride in all my coping mechanisms as if they are my valuable inventions.

Ur just self sabotaging yourself into a deeper and deeper hole, you gotta let go of those thoughts and feel free... dont listen to those thoughts trust me, i used to overthink everyday every second to the point im not even living my day, im just seeing it. I was literally trapped inside my own thoughts and i couldnt have a second of peace where i wasnt thinking about my past or future, mistakes, missed opportunities and "what ifs?" and "why did i?". I wasnt even thinking about positive things or the present. a negative mind doesn't create positive life bro. Feed yourself with achievements and compliments and see how far youll go...

Could you do one about the atlas complex? From what i know its similar to mayter in they go out of there way to help, but out of a need to feel useful and loved rather to have a reason to complain, leading to them carrying the world on only their shoulders. Tho, that's just whit what i delt with, I'm not too sure on the whole definition and would love to hear

What is your source for the Cinderella complex being related to the rise in divorce? The way I understood it, this complex makes people more scared to be independent, wouldn‘t this make people stay in (unhappy) relationships?
@Box.Family10 ай бұрын
It creates unrealistic expectations of relationships so once those aren’t fulfilled people believe there is a fairy tail out there for them which makes them search for that

What’s the difference between savior complex & martyr complex & hero complex
@zefellowbud597010 ай бұрын
i would like to invent a complex which i call a WIZARD complex. because of my adhd i have spent so much time basically recreating a bunch of superstition in a more less superstitious manner all for the sake of fooling myself into becoming more productive. often this is in the form of depicting aspects of my flaws, habits, etc as some kind of supernatural thing as a means to digest them much more easily. its kinda like gamification but more fun. stuff like depicting emotional investment as some kind of system of mana. depicting my flaws and such as a bestiary of literal inner demons with guide lines on how to handle each. i made up an imaginary friend all for the express purpose of exploiting my habit of getting attached to fictional characters all for the express purpose of using this character to pressure motivate and delude myself into becoming more productive. i have created acronyms or chants aka spells to help me orient and tweak how im thinking for a given moment and situation. if i have no self control and no will power, if my actions are subject to the whims of my impulse, then i shall alter those impulse to suit my will. my brain is chaos, and i am the wizard that shall channel that chaos!!
@CodyPease9 ай бұрын
there is a reasonable chance you actually did creat a new disorder. not sure if that's impressive or terrifying.
@zefellowbud59709 ай бұрын
@@CodyPease hope ya don't mind if i go into further detail lol i just sorta found like. alot of superstitious beliefs, faiths and such [has their uses] i used to be fairly devout myself, so i know they do have a tangible effect on a persons psyche, i wanted to recreate and emulate that effect. but with less of an emphasis on worship, less of an emphasis on a belief, while retaining the benefits. my solution was describing a concept in my head where in. thoughts are not physically real, but they do have real weight but only to the mind that created them not unless those thoughts are allowed to spread through voice, writing, art. think of a ship in a bottle. the ship may not be a real ship that the bottle can sail the ocean with. but the ship exerts its weight on the bottle none the less. thoughts exists just like how math exists, thoughts affect the us and the world just like how maths affect us and the world we designed in our engineerings and studies. abstract without tangibility, yet with actual effects be it on oneself or another. we experience 2 worlds as i see it. by world in this case i mean (a source of stimuli) something that influences us and something we have to learn to tackle. the outside world the real world, the world we share with everyone else, the inside world the mind the world we experience alone unable to truly relate to others due to its inherent isolation. this magic-fication im doing is what is essentially a form of cognitive reframing. think how nowadays there is alot of people that like to depict their life like a videogame. daily tasks as daily quests, working is grinding exp and stuff. its just that i find gamifying doesn't quite work for me. its a bit too broad and a bit too "you have will power" sort of thing it rarely provides a means to understand myself and oneself. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________________________ with the whole magic wizard thing. i mentioned depicting emotional investment as a system of mana yeah? get this. when we get invested in something we allow that thing we invested in to gain power, but not any kind of tangible effect on the world or anything. no that thing we are invested in has power over us. belief, love, friendship, kinship, hate, faith, philosophy, ideology. favorite foods, favorite bands, favorite characters in a show or story, favorite writers and creators. pets, house, car, items, keepsakes, mementos, literal pet rocks. once you are invested in something that thing has a power to change your mood and greatly affect how you behave in a given situation. you could then consider say a comfort item or comfort food as "magical items" that help you modulate how you feel. i mentioned making an imaginary character yeah? the purpose of that character was mainly as a kind of role model and compass as well as a kind of mental anchor. been wanting to make one for a while but failed a bunch of times it wasn't until i figured out the whole emotional investment thing that i figured how to actually successfully implement it. turns out i just have to give the character actual character beyond just being a role model of what i wanted to become. 1. had to draw the character myself 2. had to set up some practices like role play to interact with the character (think how athletes hype themselves up on a mirror before a game) 3. i figured if i were to regularly involve the character in activities it would further cement them in my head so i would imagine the character eating what food i ate during lunch. 4. visualize the character actually reprimanding me when i am not being productive. magic may not be real, but the brain is pretty magical, i mean it was the thing that made us believe in magic for so many years before science. so maybe magic could be updated and reworked taking only its most useful self improving elements, its most useful methods as coping techniques. rituals are pretty great in just setting your mind into a certain productive mood ya know?
