They should get compliments for doing good, just like getting complaints when they do wrong. I hope that after this video is seen, Heather realizes just how wrong she is and something is done. Parents who have kids in public schools are getting trespassed from their kid's schools all the time by the Office Personnel. They're told the same thing: they have to make an appt. Forgot where I read this recently but a father was having trouble with his kid not going to school so he started walking him to school. They would sit inside the office where it was warm, waiting for the bell to ring, 8 am to roll around so he could walk him to class & make sure he gets in. The School Office personnel started to not like them sitting in there every morning. The father wanted to talk to the Principal about his kid not going to school, & the flack he was getting from school personnel. He never could talk to the Principal because it was by "appointment only" & the father got frustrated because he WAS THERE EVERY MORNING- - why couldn't he just talk with him? The School & the Principal ended up TRESPASSING HIM.

Even though it seems that all officers were polite, I think, in my opinion, that main officer talking, or handling the situation wasn't as professional as he could have been. He was using the school boards legality statements as the procedure in place as law! I don't think that's correct.

All of those people need to get paid less than minimum wage FROM HOME. Well if I were there, I would remind the person being rude Aka Karen, in this case, thst there’s cameras all over the offices. And I will recommend their boss check those cameras to see how those who work there treat visitors when they come in! That’s my recommendation. Because Karen, wouldn’t be due a raise in my opinion next time around. Just my opinion of course. I will say if I had ever been that rude to anyone in the hospitals snd clinics which I worked in when I was working, I would have been escorted out by whomever I worked for shortly after I behaved that way. I worked for 30 yrs very successfully with no complaints.
