If it's not set it may crease into fine lines or slide around because it's liquid. Are you using a translucent or no color powder?

your eye is probably too wet still if your using a wet sponge so try to let it dry down then put powder down

You may have dry under eyes and you can kinda fix that by using a beauty oil all over your face and a little under the eyes, then go in with your concealer, then the powder. If it still looks cakey try putting on a little extra setting spray or "makeup fix" spray.

That happens for me, too BUT only when I use colored (even slightly) powders. So, I use ELF's high def under eye powder ($3) to set my under eye and it looks flawless! If you look for it, it's this teenie little thing that comes in a box and with a brush. I'm on my second container of it! I use a fluffy wet n wild blush to apply it though because the brush that comes with it is garbage

Did you know they reformulated and repackaged the MUFE Face and Body?? If you get it could you please compare it to the old because that is my HG foundation, per your recommendation!
