It looks comfy and very clean (I like simple, minimalistic things). This colorway is not very exciting, but I plan to pick up one of these for sure, as soon as I can get them in a good colorway somewhere in the middle between boring and crazy.

The basketball shoes came first, skate shoes took inspiration from those designs and stuck with it. Basketball shoe designs on the other hand has changed multiple times. Chuck Taylors used to be basketball shoes, Nike SB Dunk's literally has the word Dunk on it. You can clown Book's shoes for looking like Skateboard shoes now but in reality, they're just referencing older bball bshoe designs, designs that were popular to wear on the court or as casual shoes compared to most modern basketball shoes which looks stupid to wear casually for their performance oriented design.

i got my pair this week but u didnt seem to mention there very narrow or tight on feet and i have skinny feet and there sill super snug so i would def recommend to go up a half a size if u want to wear them casually.

I went true to size when i got these & they fit very snug. They remind me of kobes in sizing. So i should've gone up half a size. RN i put in shoe trees in them to help stretch them out so they fit a bit more comfortable.
