Doomfist is tied to his mobility options. An 8 second punch would break this characters options on doing ANYTHING . Hog does not need to make a face to face confrontation. He can hook to his hearts content without needing to engage cqc. Doom doesn't have that luxury. His name doomFIST ffs. His whole kit is tied to punching people.
