@@emilebilodeau1954div still debuffs, and that counts for itself. The other 3 weapons below it 2 are the same class without the debuff and no buff to their damage. And the other was incapable of hitting. It’s not really shocking.😅

Merciless in general is one of the best guns to use for dps if u can utilize the perk properly. It’s been used consistently for lowman content (and especially solo content) since it got reworked a few seasons ago. If u see people doing solo nez they most likely use merciless.

2:08 All damage numbers on a debuffed target are yellow. Bastion cannot hit crits and shooting the head does not deal extra damage, EXCEPT the last wish techeuns because they have a 2x damage modifier to any damage on their head hitbox.

then how can you explain the damage number merging like how you can get a crit with a pellet shotgun and the damage number would merge?

If it was criting then it would still be yellow after the teather is gone, teather doesnt affect crit size, the merging just happens when its debuffed, pretty sure it also happens with acrius and trinity ghoul, but also happens when those 2 hits heads. weird interaction but bastion cannot crit, and weapons that cant crit always give yellow when hitting debuffed i.e grand overture, xeno, and rockets

@@h13n12 this happens on all multiple bullet single shots on the same multiplier hitbox on a debuffed target. You can test this yourself: load into kalli, use tractor/quick fall to debuff her, and land a body shot with a pellet shotgun. The numbers will merge.

Conditional comes in extremely clutch for the times where your do extended DPS before your redo the rotation. The amount of eye kills from shatters/ignitions is worth noting

By the way the Delicate Tomb fusion rifle shoots more bolts when you hip-fire not that it really makes a huge difference compared some other options, but just an fyi! Awesome video and keep up the good work!

I’m pretty sure it shoots the same amount of bolts which is 16. In ads, the bolts overlap, in hipfire they spread out but are dmg buffed

Yellow damage does NOT always mean crit damage. It’s just buffed damage. They just use the same color for crit and buffed damage

For these damage videos it would have been really helpful and add much more context if, right before damage started if you announce which gun you are testing. Relying on simply the icon overlay of the gun many people may not know what they all look like. For me especially, all trace rifles and side arms look very similar and it gets evem more confusing when you add ornaments.

Delicate tomb gets more damage if you shoot it from the hip. I think.

Last I heard this was the case. Delicate Tomb fires more projectiles from the hip, which results in slightly higher total damage

I appreciate these videos, but I really think it's unwise to do testing without the catalysts, or having flinch be a factor. Would be wise to disclose if it has the catty or not, things like 4th horseman or cloudstrike gain massive benefits with those. Maybe consider having someone run banner titan just to simplify the testing, as it gets rid of all flinch, too. Keep up the good work!
