I skipped thru the msg and may be unclear on a thing or two because of that, but he seems to be speaking as if the *RAPTURE* and the 2nd coming are the same event. I can't find that in the bible a/where if that's the case, but he's speaking to those present during this msg saying they might see him, yet spoke of the rapture as being possible at an moment.

The preaching is so great. But all the Amens... yeah... ok... yeah...alright...Amen... in the back ground DRIVES ME CRAZY !!!!!!!! I research and would love to visit this church, but I don't think I could sit through a sermon with all this chiming in... respectfully... could you guys keep your mouth shut? Modern day Christians really never cease to amaze us. Especially those who watch on KZbin. One would ask someone to “keep their mouth shut” and opens his with complaints. “Preaching is great; BUT “ I’m not happy… Psalm 106:48 KJV Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the Lord. Incase you were not aware the Bible often instructs believers to say amen. CJ

I'm glad I amaze you, if that was to come across as an insult you kinda did and you don't know me. And yes, I'm watching you on youtube. You're the one that put it out there. Are you a different breed of none you tube watching Christian? I was making a comment.. is there a bible verse for getting thicker skin? I get so much out of Pastor Knox's work and preaching. I sit here going through the bible passages along with whats being taught and find it truly invaluable. I get so much out of his teaching that I google search to see houses around your area in DeLand and SERIOUSLY thinking about relocating from New Jersey to move within driving distance from your congregation. SERIOUS research. Like also planning on a small vacation to check out your congregation and the area. This was my opinion. Would "mouth closed" have been any less offensive? Probably, my apologies, but you probably would have still replied in the same manner. Still my opinion, and "complaint". Again, respectfully, I can take an occasional Amen (Psalm 106:48 KJV people say Amen..... singular.... one.... ), but to have the same 3 or 5 people saying something between almost EVERY sentence Pastor Knox speaks is too much. VERY distracting. Again my opinion. Sorry if you don't like hearing it. Thank you for the Bible verse, you won't believe this but I was reading Psalms 107 as I received your notification, and all I had to do was look over to the page on my left. Can I get an Amen? Maybe we'll meet some day, Rich By the way, I saw the video last year with Pastor Knoxs mom being interviewed. My sincerest condolences for your loss.

@richp. I am a modern day Christian. Not that I am proud to say that. As for thicker skin. You probably do not know me either. As I have pretty thick skin. The point I was making is we get thousands of people making comments that would be better off not said. It comes across as ungrateful for free bible teaching. You are right it is your opinion and you are welcome to it. Some people like the Amen’s, some people do not. Obviously our congregation likes it. I am pretty sure Brother James rather have too many Amens than a church that is dead and doesn’t respond with one; he preaches at some of those type churches. I say Amen and often do it without even thinking about. No one is doing it for any other reason than to state their agreement with what is being said. With that being said I will always push back when commenters speak against our Pastor, criticize our church and the brothers and sisters that attend our church. As for looking to move to Deland. We are always excited to have people move our way. It used to happen quite often. But since the preaching online is available we have not had as many people willing to make the move. I listened to sermons from 1999-2009 from a distance; NC. I decided to move my family to Deland in 2009. My only regret is not moving sooner. Listening online is great, and its encouraging. But to take part in the ministries and exercise what you have been taught publicly and from house to house is much better in person. It is often a financial sacrifice for most, but the spiritual blessings are worth it. We have had 3 people move from NJ to attend here. One is still with us, one has gone on to start a church in TN and another has moved back to NJ. Our hope is you can over look the Amen’s and the sermons will continue to be a blessing. Scriptures don't correlate, il give you an example rev 16:8 Hebrews 1:11 rev 11:18 and 2 peter 3:10 all confusing, then you've got 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and John 6:40 there's no rapture,read John 17:15
