The main reason why The Cook's is top 2 for me is because it takes you right back to the 1974 film when he has Sally in the pickup 9n their way back to the Family House, he's constantly wacking her with the broken broom handle. Nancy's is the other top 2, she beats them so much that her glasses starts to fall off her face and after she has to fix them.

1:52 there's actually a thing involved with Sissy's Linger perk that allows her to poison through floors in certain spots. Think it's just on Nancy's House but there may be more. It basically prevents victims from taking those without being poisoned, hence why when you saw Sonny he had those red rings coming off of him.
