One and half years ago, I walked out from the "flagship" hotel of a homegrown chain in "Keralaphoneyya" because i saw the 5 star classified hotel only as "flagSHIT" and couldn't see it as "clean, green & healthy". I sleep better at night and can look myself in the eye EVERY DAY in the mirror. That said, Indian companies fooling us is not what scares me. This calender year, in a locality that I visit often, due to my father's health; I had picked up a bottle of mango juice, bottled in bang.la.daesh and a packet of poping gum made in china. BOTH didn't have FSSAI seals. This, in 95% literate and #1 HDI state of Keralaphoneyya! Food terrorism has started.

I would like you to interview the CEO, Vinay Maheshwari, of The Health Factory, which makes whole wheat bread with just 6-7 ingredients and no preservatives, emulsifiers, colors, etc., as you mentioned in your bread video.
