6:43 I always remember this goal against Charlton because Yak had missed a sitter a few minutes earlier and when I looked back at him we were both staring at each other in disbelief... he held out his arms as if saying I dont know what happened so I clapped and said come on keep going. After the goal he runs towards me with his arms open and says "How about that?" I was cheering like crazy... I'm in the red jacket. #UTB #feedtheYak

never understood why he never went to bigger clubs like united, Chelsea, arsenal etc. I mean if he can score 20+ goals a season he should be good enough to at least make the bench of a UCL club. I feel like it's a missed opportunity by those clubs.

doesn't change the fact that he is one of the most prolific scorers in EPL history. I am Nigerian and in hindsight that miss is insignificant considering everything else he accomplished. People just love failure more than they appreciate success. Yak is vastly underrated. And I don't just mean Everton, Boro, Portsmouth etc. he is 3rd highest scorer for Nigeria of all time! He was more prolific than Kanu Nwankwo, but isn't loved in the same way, because he wasn't as technical. Mind you Kanu also missed a horrible sitter, although in the EPL, not in the World Cup.
