Yeah, I prefer the newer ones. They look similar in texture to the original (before Supercell decided to make them look brighter around last year). Glad they changed them back. I also love the new background!

Main issue looks like the gold texture of the older models did not translate well into the new lightings. The gold doesnt feel like "gold" anymore and looks more like very pale yellow. Other than that it looks great

Most of them look better in the newer lighting. I really wish that they would redesign some of the older skins with newer models, as skins such as the gladiator king and queen look so bad compared to the regular ones.

New redesign of skins is just old texture before 2023 with better lighting Edit: I personaly like it

The background is a lot cooler and feels more heroic which I like. I think most of the skins look way better with the new lighting. I wonder if they look different when in battle or is it just the selection screen??

Dark colour tone skins looking better and light tone skin looks less better in the new background and vice versa...

Pretty much they're all much darker now. Which, i mean, it's good for the most part but like, it doesn't go too well with a few skins :( The league king is not shiny anymore and the golem king is literally ruined. Dark themed skins now look so much nicer though i have to admit but... I don't think they should've fixed what wasn't broken😔 also, about the background, i think it looks really really great but it's not perfect cuz it kinda ruins a few skins for the same reason. I wish if the background changed depending on your scenery. that would've been much better

I have both champions champion and ghost champion, and personally I like the champions champion more cuz of the golden armor

Seth, can you give this suggestion to supercell : They should make a background for a particular set like all the Goblin skins have a nice BG during selection, or even the justice set , like also thet can add that extra feature in tge skins so when you buy that 10$ skin ut comes along woth the background selection ...as we all know the customised troops are gone and the value for the skins have dropped...so buy guving this feature they will justify the price they ask for ...this is not a new idea as skins in brawl stars when selected (in selection menu) have different backgrounds for different skins !!! I know its a bit of a work but its nice to have this QOL ❤❤
