I have the 60044 police center and honestly I had the most fun with that than any other Lego set I own.

7743 is definitely the most iconic one and the best one from the size/value point. A truck, a quadbike, a building and 4 minifigs with accessories! 7288 is closest to my heart because that was my first Police set ever, got it back in 2011 for Christmas I think. Had a lot of fun with it and the little red car is so cute Aaaaaaand that's all for me pretty much, all other, newer police sets were just meh, 60044 is still kinda cool actually, but the new stickers are kinda off, I prefer the old design.

Hand's down the command center from 2008 is the best version of it, it looks nice has 4 minifigs instead of 3 like the other one's and has a lot of cool builds, the others don't hit the same, they either look worse or lacking any detail or just being baron builds, buy the 2008 one.

That picture at the beginning of all four sets perfectly illustrates how much less Lego you get for your money now compared to how it used to be. It's simple greed. Things don't get more expensive as time goes on. Companies discover new better, cheaper, more efficient ways to produce their products. Plastic, what Legos are made out of, is one the most mass produced things on the planet. It's cheap. I bet it only costs pennies, if even that, to produce each Lego part.

7743 is my favorite because of the design of it. When I was younger, I could not figure our why the yellow caution barrier was on the trailer when it was detached, but I know it is a barrier, a stand for the trailer, and it is like a hitch lock for it too.

It’s an unwritten rule that any mobile command centre lego city set should retail for $45, and it really bothers me that the 2017 breaks that rule, being more expensive than the others despite having the least amount of pieces
