Small nitpick, but the first robins from ‘06-08 are actually Tim Drake, just in his 90’s costume. This is also backed up by the original LEGO Batman video game confirming it to be Tim, that’s why we also have a Nightwing figure to differentiate the two.

The 2006 Robin minifig is Tim Drake. That minifig is how he appeared in the Lego Batman video game and in the data section of the console version and the Joker card section of the DS game list him as Tim Drake, and the logo on his chest is the Tim Drake Robin logo from that era (if I'm not mistaken, all I know is that it's Tim's logo). The one from 2015 that came in the bat boat is in fact Dick Grayson though.

The need to add a full bat family set, I made a custom red hood using the head from the Joker red hood that came in a lego Batman movie minifig series bag and is literally just the head used for the Jason Todd red hood and put over some grey military looking torso with some ammo belts(think it was from the Egyptian theme or Indiana Jones since my cousin gave his old stuff to me when I was little but I did also buy some of my own when they were still on shelves). The only one that they don’t have or is hard to make a customized one without fake or altered lego is Red Robin because he has a different mask/helmet mold than anything seen in lego, almost like a really tight hood but the hood is pulled over his eyes and has eye holes. It’s also impossible to find a perfectly correct torso piece for him without custom or knockoff lego since his logo on his torso is pretty unique to him and it’s centered on his chest in all renditions I’ve seen so you can use a Robin torso but you may be able to use a red torso with maybe some black detailing and then put a backpack piece with the stud at the front covering the front part of the torso and then if you could find one of those smooth studs with a decal similar enough to his logo and then use lego brand rubber bands to maybe work as cross torso utility belts or maybe just go with the utility belt between the legs and torso that comes with most lego Batman movie Batman minifigs. It would look a little awkward with everything sticking out of the torso like that though and the closest smooth stud piece I could find to his logo is the one with the Batman decal that I personally got from the Batman movie batmobile which was used as part of the bat-merch gun but is also an extra piece. A normal Robin torso also looks kind of nice in some situations, but without the correct hood piece or maybe a head decal, it just looks like Robin as obviously going with a hood off option by using a head decal it just doesn’t look like Red Robin and instead just Robin. I’ve seen people make custom head molds by filing down the “ears” on lego Batman cowls and even lego themselves did that to make Red Robin in a lego Batman game. It looks very awkward in the real custom ones that I’ve seen because they use the Batman cowl that’s taller. I haven’t seen any that use the shorter one but that one might work better. For the girl robins some of the Robin legs work but the torsos you just have to imagine but I don’t think it’s that big of a deal since they’d look pretty similar to some Robin torsos just with the female detailing.

When Dick Grayson went off to work on his own he created the new persona of Nightwing to fight crime. When Jason Todd came back from the dead (long story) he adopted the title of Red Hood (previously owned by the Joker) to get revenge on Batman (but he eventually became a good guy again.) While not all Red Hoods are Jason, I'm pretty sure all Nightwings are Dick. Dick was the 1st Robin and Jason was the 2nd Robin, so this RH and the Nightwings are technically Robins.
