Every lift from the Elephant Bar Deadlift, Event 1 of the 2019 Arnold Strongman Classic, now in a condensed 13 minutes with no lag time between athletes or attempts. Original event date: March 1, 2019. Columbus, Ohio.
Some of Strongman’s all-time greats duel in this classic event, featuring Rogue’s infamous Elephant Bar. Each athlete gets three attempts per round and 60 seconds per lift, with the weight of the bar gradually increasing from its 340 KG starting point. By the end, Martins Licis, Jerry Pritchett, and Brian Shaw had all reached 440 KG or better, but it was the Mountain, Hafthor Bjornsson, who had his eyes on a new world record.

The Ultra-Elusive Elephant Bar 1000 lb club: Hafthor 1046, 1041, 1026, 1011 Jerry 1031, 1006 Eddie 1026 Brian 1021, 1021, 1016 JF 1021 And apparently, all above are pure 'Strongman Raw' lifts (straps only and no suits allowed), not like the ones they did in 2023 ASC where briefs were allowed.

@@lonestar2495 Yes indeed, we all want it that way. I really don't know why they allowed briefs last year. And there are some people who compare those to the WRs: Hafthor's 1046, 1041, Jerry's 1031 and Eddie's 1026 and all other great lifts from 2016 to 2020 which were all raw.

Yup, since Thor left, there hasn´t been a 1K pound lift. Check it: 2018: Thor Won in the third lift, did 472KG, broke the record; Caron got second with 463 KG; Shaw third 459KG; Jerry got 4th with 450 (I think) 2019: Thor won in the second lift with that 474KG lift; 2nd Brian with 464KG; 3rd Tie between Mikhail and an Injured Pritchett at 441KG 2020: Thor won with his second lift of 465KG, BUT he actually won the DL in his first lift, he did 440KG and that remained untouched; 2nd Was Caron with like 437KG 2021: Lets´jump to Rogue, no more Thor. Caron won with an easy 420KG; 2nd Was Tom stoltman with like 417KG. Caron did not felt challengued at all, but he was prepared for a 1k lift. However, in perspective, Thor would have won that comp with his opener in 20¨. Hell, Martins would have won with his opener at 19¨. 2022: NO Elephant bar deadlift. 2023: Thompson won with a 449KG deadlift, Hooper was 2nd like with 446KG and Kearney did like 440KG. At least last year Thor would have to pull 1k. BUT, they already done the Wheel of pain, and that takes a lot, so who knows, they might had 1k in them have been the deadlift first.
