You do if you live on residence (apart from Solin Hall). I'm not sure if I'm the best person to ask about night life haha but I'll see what I can do... Thank you for watching! I wish you the best of luck with uni apps :)

Montreal is reputed to have the best nightlife scene in Canada. Toronto and Vancouver don't even compare. Clubs (even raves, hip hop clubs, "exotic dancer" bars for men and even Magic Mike-like bars for women, etc), and so much more. So, you have to ask the right persons to know what kind of nightlife scene that you prefer to go to. There's plenty of Americans coming to Montreal for its nightlife scene, drinking legal age is 18, and so is for weed (but better to know a local dealer since, in most cases, it would be cheaper and better than what you would get at the dispensaries) .. and for the "rest", you have to know/ask the "right persons" or ask any party goer at McGill. PS: The food scene is also very good.
