Industrial is Awadama Fever, one of my favs. Theres even a clip on YT with Kami band solos before it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eGmnp4iZm9ainpo - there you are! It's a song about a collection of bubblegum called Awadama (remember in an interview they were asked about that "mint-flavoured time-machine?"- that's about awadama. You can hear Su sing about "Chew chew chewinggum" and "bub bub bubblegum" in the lyrics. So kawaii ! The folk-metal song after that was Meta Taro, performed at Wembley Arena 2016 here (BTW my absolute fav concert on DVD cuz the sound is brilliant and their goodbye at the end is just overwhelming cute!) The djent song was Rondo of Nightmare, a Su-Metal solo...

I know nothing about Metal subgenre taxonomy, and of all the things that I know nothing about, it’s the one that bothers me the least. I just know that BABYMETAL cover a wide range of different styles, and I love every single song. Which is quite interesting, since I hardly liked any of the music they have been compared with here (with the exception of Dream Theater). But there’s another point that made it interesting to me: Seeing Gimme Chocolate and Slayer back to back makes one realize that the verses in GC are indeed no less heavy than Slayer‘s music. The clever fusion in BM‘s music just makes it less obvious. Proves to me how ingenious they are.

We tend to recommend the same songs over and over and neglect the others but there are people making requests. You just have to pay attention. There are no bad Babymetal songs but there are occasionally bad compilation videos so you just have to ask for the best links.

I don't know however: - _"Karate"_ is more like a groove metal/nu-metal (listen to Machine Head or Pantera) - _"Sis Anger" is rather death metal/trash metal (listen to Slayer/Cannibal Corpse) - _"Megitsune" sounds more industrial like Fear Factory's songs Linchpin or What Will Become - _"The One"_ is more like metal ballad than progressive That's my thoughts.
