20 years apart, some guy named David hits a walk off home run to beat the Yankees in the ALCS. In 2004, it was a Spanish speaking David hitting off of another Spanish-speaking guy. 20 years later, it’s an English speaking David hitting off of an English speaking guy.

In my opinion, Kirk Gibson's home run was the best and most exciting in the bunch. I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when he hit that one.

I don't know why the earlier announcers didn't have any excitement, glad the announcers got more authentic as the years progressed

I think announcers at the time were meant to be impartial and simply deliver information. The earlier home runs you see are also from newsreel reports rather than live broadcasts.

@@evrbody I'm guessing then they didn't really do live broadcasts back then

I know it would be difficult but what about every single walk off in postseason history? Even before 1975? It all starts in 1910 I think. I know it would be hard but I think that would be great.

Also, the Astros didn’t cheat in any of these games, they didn’t cheat in 2019
