@@tiangnegara6377its not shortening(if you whipped shortening it goes almost liquid...!!!) Its cream cheese, sugar and they put heavy cream(not milk , milk doesn't triple in size while you whipped !) in it and them whipped till all fluffy. For small batch recipe ; one brick of good cream cheese, about 250 g, 1/2 cup of sugar and 500 ml of heavy cream. First whipp the cream cheese with sugar till really soft and fluffy. Then put the heavy cream and whipp till is really ferme and fluffy.😊 I know there recipe because its the same has mine, I do my own fluffy whipped cream recipe that way.
