Every Most Object Heavy Level in GD History

This is a list of all the levels that at one point were the most object heavy rated levels (+ robtop levels)
It sounds like an insane idea and honestly... it was
I cant describe how much effort this took lol, despite the fact that I think I did everything in the very most effective way possible
First, I took the code that colon made to analyze the objects in a level, fixed it and made it give me every rated levels id and object count
Then I went through the list, picked out the ones that had a lot of objects and checked if they got any updates using youtube and gdhistory
If the original version still had more objects than any level before, I added it to my list
I estimated when an old level came out by checking when the first and last rated level of the version came out
For newer levels, I scrolled on youtube until I found the oldest video of them
Wherever I could, I estimated when a level got rated based on the earliest comments

UPDATES: - on march 25th 2023, the guy whos maintaining the object heavy levels list (linked in the description) jokingly messaged grenadeoftacos to update freedom19 to make it have more objects than adrenaline and he actually did end up doing that lol so now freedom19 is the most object heavy rated level with 456359 objects... i can only wonder if i indirectly influenced this 😏😏😏 - on january 5th 2024, WHAT by spu7nix got rated, making it the new top 1. it has 592485 objects CORRECTIONS: - cromulent has 339954 objects and not 336k - enantiomorphs has 394388 objects (i made a mistake while editing lol)

The craziest part about Fez is that it was Serponge’s second rated level ever. Barely anyone even knew who he was, so no one expected him to release a level that was 5 TIMES the object limit.

Fun fact: Fire Aura actually got put into the gauntlets *because* it only lasted as the most object heavy level for a day. RobTop thought it was cool ON THE SAME FRICKING DAY IT WAS THE MOST OBJECT HEAVY LEVEL. That’s when he decided: Gauntlet level. That’s where it will stay.

Honestly, I love Castlemania so much... It absolutely deserved to be the level with the most objects for a while. Such a creative way to have an insanely object-heavy level too, having an entire coherently made castle with multiple elaborate completely separate paths to explore. It's poetic that Serponge re-established his dominance when it comes to hyperdetailed levels as well. Also how isn't Surgeragon on this list? It has over 280K objects and came out a good while ago. Edit: Nah, I checked and it came out on 11th February (Or maybe slightly before. HHyper's video showcasing it came out on that time, and so did Nexus' video), just one day after Daydream Journey got dethroned. Kinda ironic. ...And if The Mayhem War, HHyper's masterpiece which is one of the best most beautiful (But kinda unoptimized) levels ever created, was released as a full piece instead of split in 2 separate levels (It was so laggy that Viprin himself couldn't verify it because of constant crashes), would, according to Viprin, have *FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND OBJECTS,* easily throwing Castlemania out of the water. Too bad it just wasn't supposed to be..... I still count it as a level of its own though, and I am still baffled on how each part doesn't have an Epic rating on its own... I mean FUCK YEAH, of course HHyper deserves 6CP for that! One single second of this level is more epic-worthy than 90% of the Hall of Fame levels!

I used to make a lot of levels back in 2014, I had no idea how to send them to mods or how the feature process worked, but I am super positive I would gotten rated seeing the quality of those older levels 😂 even though mine sucked pretty bad

6:51 Oh wow, I was not expecting to see Roller Coaster here! I do remember this level quite well when it got released. I remember wanting to make something like him back in the days and getting star rating, but ended up failing. Man, I am getting old... So, I am not sure if you have used Geometry dash date estimator site, but it is worth noting that this is a 1.8 level, and it got A LOT of updates. It popped up quite quickly with the slope thing, and it was using Hexagon Force song, and was with the length of it. According to the date estimator it got released on August 9, 2014, mere 2 days after the release of GD 1.8. Checking my own Roller coaster level in estimator gives date of August 13, which means that TimDaPro was already famous back then. It was not rated yet iirc, but it was in trending though. The video you put in the upper left corner form November should be more or less the original version which got released. I might be wrong but I believe it got rated somewhere in September 2014, because it certainly had 1 star before 1.9. At maximum in October 2014. It was pretty good for 1.8 standards, but after the release of 1.9 author started changing different soundtracks and extending the length of the level and using features from 1.9. So it is pretty hard to estimate how many objects he used, but he definitely used quite a lot already in 1.8 and just extended it further in 1.9 and even 2.0. Its length got very lengthy at certain point. However, most of the updated were made in 2014 iirc. You can ask author if he remembers, but it should be more or less like that. It was already more or less extended by the end of 2014. But I would say that the version of referring should be the very original with Hexagon Force song. As I am reading, I checked the link of all levels existing of the time... I did not know there were just around 2k levels rated back then. Crazy, man.. I remember we both with the author tried to make some good levels, but never really managed to make anything that would catch a public eye, really. We even tried to make collab Roller coaster v2 but dropped the project near the very beginning of production. In retrospect, probably updating too much Roller Coaster made it look very goofy. Since all of the gameplay was based on Hexagon Force and 1.8 aesthetics, not 1.9. Was actively playing GD in 1.7-2.0 times, so I remember quite vividly years 2014-2016, even if almost 10 years have passed
