Just imagine this for a second: Tate, Shida, and Takahashi are taken to the hyperbolic time chamber. So with all of their spare time, they decide to completely reanimate Super and GT while fixing all the plotholes EDIT: I didn’t make myself clear since I’m kind of clueless, I meant they simply reanimate, while having some qualified writers fix the show. Honestly now that I think about it, this comment is kinda dookie since yeah, these are some great animators, but the others like Tate, Onishi, etc are incredible as well. It’s kinda stupid to ask for a show with only 3 animators and no variety in the animation.

Paul Benedict Esguerra unseeded, sure the animation would’ve been better and KZbinrs/media would’ve probably stopped dissing it so much, but Shida was only brought in to really make an important scene that much more impactful, otherwise we would have appreciated the whole series a little less overall in those special moments if the art style was that superior all the time. @@vaazon Before the summoning of shenron, the whole Gogeta vs Broly fight (besides the psychedelic cgi part) was made by Shida. Vegeta vs broly fight had different animators on it but the animation supervisor for that fight was yuya Takahashi hence the amazing buu saga art style. Goku vs broly fight up until the point where broly breaks free from the energy cage thing and punching asay ssjgod goku, was almost entirely done by Ryo Onishi. Naoki tate did some of the goku ssj blue fight part in the volcanic part and some of the argument part from goku and vegeta on fusion.

The first scene in particular, INT Transforming Goku Rose' s super attack is in my opinion one of the best looking SA in the game.
