The Rangers plowed through the regular season, Washington and Carolina, but couldn’t beat Florida. The Rangers had a wonderful season and run, I’m glad to see that they have more playoff success compared to loss. Here’s hoping they can regenerate momentum and win a Stanley Cup next season.

Thats the biggest factor for this team. Yes the "core" is getting older but look how many young studs they have? And more than half of them have played in 2 ECF's. They are so close to figuring it out.@@Xstrangis

True but their actual coverage sucks. It’s good only if you’re new to the sport. I guess the positive thing is they are growing the sport.

First time watching playoff highlights before the season starts to get going again. Still hurts so bad we didn’t win. All the emotions came right back from when it all happened. The ups, the downs, the anxiousness watching the games. Never felt heartbreak like that after game 6. I pray we will see them raise the Cup one day 🙏 LGR

Igor needs to be the highest paid player as the most valuable player on the team. However, he should want to win like any superstar. A percentage of the cap should not be his goal. At 12 million he'll be the highest paid player on the Rangers (most valuable player, highest paid). If he goes for more he hurts the team and the roster for the future. Is he that selfish? Panarin took a discount for the team. What's his goal? A Stanley Cup or $ 8 years at 12 million is crazy high for a goalie, and deserved for Igor. Any more than no. Selfish on his part. Years on the contract may be an issue. I have no idea other than reports.

Fair argument, but Carolina made more mistakes than Florida did, and the Rangers made Carolina pay for their f-ups. I can't say the same when they played Florida. They gave up.

@appealtoreason75842 ай бұрын
@@jfedol7760 they really didn’t. In game 5 and for a little bit of game 6 sure. But a high amount of low quality shots doesn’t mean you outplayed your opponent. If you looked at the high danger chances generated that series they were nearly identical for each team. Also they really “outplayed” the rangers by not scoring a powerplay goal for 11 straight periods letting up shorthanded goal, and allowing the Rangers to dominate on their power play. Beat on special teams, beat in goaltending, beat on scoreboard and even stevens every where else except shot quantity. But yea sure they got outplayed 🙄
