@@Augfordpdoggie Originally he was in a character in the NFC East Saga who was a Washington Redskins fan who went crazy with rage whenever someone mentioned that they had changed their name. To stop getting angry he adopted the persona of a peaceful hippy with a weird slow accent. So he put on sunglasses to show he had a new peaceful outlook on life. And he kept on his Redskins shirt - but put on a piece of Tape over the name. And then he ran over another fan with a lawnmower, peaceful like. The origins of the Crown is a bit more complicated (it was the "crown" of the leader of the Division originally) but now its just a thing he wears to show his hippiness as the Commanders fan. Wildflower is kept on as he really does have a unique personality that differentiates him over the rest of the other fan characters. Tom probably just likes portraying him. It's like the Giants Fan having an outrageous New Yawk accent.

I'm still shocked Terrion Arnold fell to us. He was the CB1 of the draft. This is the future of the draft. The players coming out of college are getting better and better. The 2nd round is basically another 1st round.

I think part of it was several team were trying to trade up to get him. Falcons can trade Penix any time they want to in the next couple of years if needed. Also, when Rodgers went to the Jets and there was no good backup it was an instant train wreck.

Apparently Bears fans are stuck in 1985. But if Packers fans think they’re taking the division, then they’re in for a long, disappointing season as they watch it come down to Minnesota or Detroit. As a Vikings fan, I’m optimistic about next season. Cautiously optimistic, but optimistic.
