Consider transferring to a 3* or better school with a spread offense. Even if you're a second string, you should be able to get QB1 quickly

You have a lot of open receivers on the sidelines with the vertical routes. Just pass when they get off the press and before the safety has time to come over. That should be the first read on all pass plays after any slants.

TD you gotta keep an eye on the fatigue of your players. The heavier they are breathing then the more fatigued they are which causes more injuries. That’s why your QB especially keeps getting hurt.
