41:48 I definitely agree. We do have the say and control in what we decide and do 42:20 . If we want to change it's on us to start, to do something about it. Even one step at a time. Start slow, but start. Figure it out, ask a friend if you can't on your own. Little by little.

Yes, I agree. Communication is a key in family and in relationships. Growing up that wasn't a big thing in my family so I'm growing that value personally and I understand how important it is now as we are maturing as individuals and as within groups or with someone.
