Because this isn’t the IMG era. If she competed in IMG era she would’ve won just like 2015 and 2018. She competed under Trump’s ownership and Janine simply didn’t have the beauty to back up the great stage performance. Other of that top 5, Venezuela and USA were a lot more beautiful. Janine’s predecessor is a lot more stunning too and only placed fourth.

Also, if you want the next Miss Universe Philippines to place in the finals at El Salvador, then be supportive and do not bully and compare other delegates, nobody is superior under God. As long as she performs well and has a good advocacy that complies with the “Force for Good” and “transformational leader” theme, then she can rise. My Comments: Venus Raj- She is the savior of the Philippine Miss Universe. Being the only Asian to advance in semifinals, she proved that the Filipinos are back on top when she nailed her swimsuit and evening gown performance. But unfortunately, her answer in Q and A dropped the chance of her winning the crown. Shamcey Supsup- Her iconic tsunami walk will be remembered by a lot of Pinoy pageant fans. She is probably the most relaxed and flawless Miss Universe delegate of the country. But I find her something lacking compared to Angola and Ukraine. Her answer is a bit "selfish" that is why she didn't won but 3rd runner-up is the best for her. Janine Tugonon- The one that got away 3rd Filipino Miss Universe. She is leading in both swimsuit and evening gown. Her answer also is very empowering and on point, giving a message to non English speakers delegate. The first runner-up finish was shocking knowing she nailed in all categories, a sign that Trump has influence on selecting the winner.

Miss Philippines delegates are so Strong until panel judges realizes "The big change is coming right in Miss Universe 22." but even though Celeste Cortese Miss Universe Philippines 2022 delegate was not lucky to get into Top 16. Philippines is Philippines. they have so unique country among the other countries. They have all bunch of queens inside the country of Philippines even though they'r not banged for the title. Shamcey could have easily won that year. Her illogical answer defeated her. It is her luck that she got 3rd runner up position that year. Because even though it was short, miss China's answer was more than her. And after the top 5 qna round, I felt that there is no great difficulty for Angola to win that crown. Because top 5 answers were weak. Miss Angola's answer was better but not strong. Because the question was very common and easy.
