Another event I strongly recommend doing is "A Fish To Whet Your Appetite." It's an MR1 Event Quest that asks you to gather 2 Great Whetfish. The easiest way to quickly finish this quest is with the Ghillie Mantle and Capture Net. Start at the camp in area 6, net the Great Whetfish in the pond there, and then net the other one at area 1 straight north from camp. You gain Whetfish Fin+ which act the same as whetstones and whetfish fins, but it has the same effect as Lvl 3 Speed Sharpening. What makes this item super useful is it has a 10% chance of it being consumed, so you're more than likely will always continue to use it freely and makes the Speed Sharpening skill completely obsolete. And yes, it does work with Protective Polish.

@@beasthaven1571 I'm mega late with the reply, but here's what I normally do... For gathering the ammo materials, I just cultivate them at base. You can speed up the process by doing some fast and easy quests, but I usually go with Flora Frostbite event quest. You can finish that in roughly a minute or two and you'll be drowning in those ammo materials in no time. For Gunpowder lvl 2 and lvl 3? I just buy them with zenny from the merchant at base since they're dirt cheap. For whatever build you have for the Bowgun, make sure you have your specific ammo type to craft All on the item wheel, and carry the materials needed to make them on the fly in your item pouch. Last but not least, always have a Farcaster on you so you can immediately restock on ammo and materials at camp.

Frostfang I find much easier than normal Barioth, but three tickets I think is a bit too much. As for the others breaking Blackveil Vall Hazak's head will make flash bombs work on it, and when Stygian Zinogre is on the ground you can use the capture net on it's back. It will catch the bugs it uses to charge and take it longer to charge again. Don't know if its worth the damage tradeoff but it is funny.

I don’t know, I find the combo slams and ice breath really bad news, I nearly always get caught in the ice slow and then blast lol! Great info here, thanks for posting!

i find it pretty funny that other weapons designs in the endgame are pretty cool, then you have hammer who just has the heads of the monsters

I'm surprised not to see The Moon is a Harsh Queen. The Golden Rathian coil is crazy good - 3 levels of divine blessing and one of health boost in a single piece of armor. And if that wasn't good enough, two level 2 deco slots

That'll be in end game event round ups! I'll do a new bracket for MR70+ stuff, and maybe mix that in with MR100+ or do that separately too!

Great video as always! Tempered frostfang barioth is sooo fuun 😂 ngl needed a few carts before i brought him down the first time! Amazing lookin set for males! Not really as good lookin on females tho :( well! Cheers!
