For mobile players if you’re using telekinesis I recommend putting one finger on an object or person then tap telekinesis then if should start levitating. Another tip for grinding levels if you want to you can trade kills to get better, or have your friend let you kill them

If you have dimensionkenisis and are level 25 you can travel to a different dimension. The way to do it is by adjusting your view to be looking up at you from underneath and then use the "portal" ability and holding it to create the portal.

Yes and you can follow people into that dimension. It’s like the aether in COD coldwar. I actually followed someone and killed them in that dimension. Then I was stuck in that dimension, so I just reset and was fine.
