Can you please for a new video, get some OG kits from the 90's, and compare the quality and fabric to these new kits, Id like to know the differences, it feels like when we were kids, the quality and feel of the kits in the 90s felt better than the kits today. Yeah as a Liverpool fan I can’t stand our home kit. Only a fan of the away kit this year. Adidas please save us, Nike have been shocking for us

I thought that the Liverpool kit would be voted worst. I don't think it looks too bad! One of the few LFC shirts to have yellow trim on the collar and cuffs (the other two being the first and last offerings from the first spell of Adidas) - strange when you consider that yellow is an established change colour for Liverpool.

Let us see the kits properly, just holding the sleeves up doesn't show the sponsor much and the shape nor the badges when he said it's embroidered. Really enjoy listening to you pick them apart but wanna see the full shirt (yes we see them on a match day). Maybe hang them up or something, or get some close ups. Still enjoyed it mind 👍 but a bit more visuals so we can really see what you see would make it that bit better.

@@Lr-tv3mhI was in the Bologna FC stores in Bologna this week. The black kit is a beauty. The away is amazing. And then there’s the home, which looks even better in long-sleeve. Even better with the CL patches too 😅 The shorts are really nicely detailed too. So many options. What did I buy? Absolutely nothing. Prices theses days….

macron have done a very good job in recent years and offer a much more bespoke service to their clubs than the bigger brands. The also seem to be putting the extra value in with custom jacquards, debossed patterns etc

I'm a Liverpool fan, and I'm totally with you on what you've said about the kit. It's horrendous. When they released it, I thought it might have looked better on. How wrong I was!!! Terrible.

The thing on the back of the Fulham shirt is a design aspect of the balcony at craven cottage. They introduced it a few years back but then didn't bring it back till this season and I'm all for it.

They expected backlash from Liverpool fans, but nobody is complaining. That's a kit that looks okay on the players, and that's as close as I'd get to buying it. Good video in general, would be cool to see this with another league maybe

I think the Liverpool shirt is one of them that looks good on the players and if we have a good season everyone will look back and like it but on your average every day person it’s horrible, the rumoured adidas kits for next season look miles better

Hi fellas, do you know why the fabric on kits from the same brand still varies by club? I know the big Adidas and Nike clubs get the fancier materials, but I am curious why Fulham/Leicester/Forest each get different qualities of fabric despite being on the same "level".

As a Liverpool fan, I totally agree. This year's home kit is one of the worst we've ever had - the bloody collar line looks like a bend chewing gum!! Only the away shirt has been decent this season (especially player issue - vaporkit). The third kit with the 'drunken' nike logo is another story in on itself....

Agree that we're looking forward to Newcastle 's home shirt next year, but a little bit generous to say that it was rushed surely? They were announced to be taking over last season and with their history with the beautiful "grandad collar" shirts and the fanfare of them taking over they might have done better I think

Villa definitely is the best the club has had since the Luke Sport season. It's so perfect with it's simplicity and the darker claret makes it look very premium.

Enjoyable video as always guys, lots of interesting observations. I'm strictly neutral, but I think you were a bit harsh on the Palace shirt, I think it's one of the best in the division, I think the pattern is based on eagle feathers, its quite creative and for me Macron are one of the best manufacturers out there. Have to agree on the Liverpool shirt though...that collar is absolutely horrendous!

Liverpool fan, and i hate Nike since they've come in. That collar this year is just confusing like, its not even a collar, its stitched down the bottom??! V neck there would have been perfect, the inspo was the 84 European Cup final and marketed that way also. The pattern at the front mind you is actually welcomed. Every other year for the home was bland except the 21/22. They have been aweful, havent even got a Nike shirt since they arrived, even the training gear was sub par and some of the better bits were'nt available to buy! Cant wait for Adidas now, got so jealous of the stuff they have been releasing i hope to christ they stick to the retro pattern next year!

Has there ever been a season in the premier league with worse home kits. Too much time spent by the clubs planning on ripping off their fans, not enough time spent on making sure that what you are selling the fans is quality. I wouldn’t have given any of those kits more than 5 out of 10

The only good kit Nike did for Liverpool was their first one in 2020-21, and the only one I bought. They've gotten worse and worse as the years progressed, and this year they just couldn't be arsed at all.

It is awesome. The stripes are crystal shards. It is the complete history of the club, from the name, to the colours, the stripes. This isn't just celebrating 100 years of being at Selhurst Park, it's celebrating the time before that and through the modern era. Over Engineered perhaps. Still pretty cool as it is not a "template".

I believe it says “authentic” on both the replica and the professional shirts. On the AC Milan it says authentic with both the sticked and heat-transferred logo. I bet the Southampton kit you had was a replica one.
