@Christian Alshon I noticed something intriguing that might take you to the next level. I noticed that almost all top men pros with incredibly fast hands, Ben Johns, JW Johnson, Dylan Frazier, Hayden, Staksrud, and many others, hold the handle slightly higher towards the middle of the handle in comparison to how you hold it towards the bottom (this lower grip is likely from playing tennis). I used to hold it near the bottom as I played tennis, but after transitioning to a more middle grip, my hand speed increased dramatically, and I had more stability on certain shots without sacrificing much power. I know with your already incredible hand speed and skills, this is definitely worth looking into and experimenting with. I hope this helps you.

What you're describing definitely lowers the swingweight and therefore increases hand speed. As a tennis player, I also hold it at the bottom. I noticed what you said and tried to hold it in the middle for a good month or so. In the end, I switched back because it just felt too weird for me lol

You got me thinking about it! Thank you for the suggestion!

it's very personal preference, and it can work only if it works for you. for instance Jaume Martinez Vich actually recommends holding at the bottom of the handle.

I really like your points that you're making I think that's a good strategy. But isn't it better to be still and ready for that 4th aggressive volley? Collin is patient and super still when he hits his reset, if he tries to make another step or two to hit it waist level, wouldn't he be off balance, or for this type of movement are you forced to be aggressive on that 5th shot?

the 3rd shot has to be a really good drive or drop shot and got to charge the kitchen fast enough you can be still before the ball is returned if the 3rd shot is good if not can get punished for charging.
