For those of us that do not have a side mouse button to do that quick insert trick you can press SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+ENTER (sounds stressful but it's pretty easy to do tbh)

For ppl on mac/laptop without a mouse, [#4] SMB (side mouse button) is the same a Cmd/Ctr+Click for samples... also you can drag with 2 fingers on the touchpad up and down to change your plugin chain as if your scrolling up and down a web page [#24}
