Important thing to mention is that there is a chance of defence experience if the sign of the zodiac provided from the Observatory quest is Virgo. Best to rush that quest on a fresh account and remake if Virgo is the answer.

This is not correct. As of November 8th, 2018, "Constellations that reward combat experience will no longer be assigned to players who are level 1 in the corresponding skill." Refer to the official OSRS update or WIKI.

I'm making a 31 Prayer pure, not sure if anyone is interested but the quests I'll be doing are, Restless Ghost, Priest in Peril, Making History, Ghost Ahoy, Mountain Daughter, and Recruitment Drive You dont actually have to finish Mountain Daughter iirc to keep the hat.

I recommend questing first. Quest your way to 50 attack, try it out. Be a Gmauler for a bit, see if you like it. If you don't, go get 60 attack. Dragon Claws, DDS, Dscim are all fun. If you don't like 60, then get 75. Just know, the higher the attack level means the higher combat you will be. I always preferred 60. I love being 83 Combat with high stats.

you cannot collect the xp lamps from duke after mm2 unless you take the training from daero which gives 20k or 30k defence xp

Starting dragon slayer 1 on a pure is only beneficial if you don’t want to train slayer on it, but if you plan on training it or play an Ironman I’d advice not starting that quest until you reach your slayer goal, so you won’t receive any type of dragon task saving so much points in the long run.

If you're using this guide for making an ironman/uim, I'd advice against starting DS1 since it unlocks dragon tasks and you're better off without those!

Yes, I've completed MM2 (you just don't talk to Daero). You can't wear Addy Gloves with 1 defense though.

Gotta dodge the axes as best as you can. Bring a lot of brews. Pre divine pot + angler before you go, and maybe venge yourself off another account

I've completed it with 1 defense. You don't need 20 defense to do it. You can still kill a basilisk without a mirror shield, it just takes a long time.

Like I realized It's probably best not to train a lot of prayer early on since a few of these quests give decent prayer xp, and you don't want to be over 52. It's the same as a maxed 60er. 60 Attack 59 pray is max for 83 combat, getting 60+ prayer will result in higher combat :(

If you have runelite you can get quest helper and filter by skill to show you every quest that doesn't involve prayer
