It wasn't a person but a public server (not priv server) event that gave me master cuffs, someone said they failed 75% through and then someone sniped me and spammed "ez" in the chat XD. Oh, and my friend's gotten red nuke twice. AND i once got mythic crate twice in one match.

HAHA NEW CHANGES (part of 1.6.2d, the christmas update) Festive Periastron: 1/25 from sword events. Deals more damage (15 for slashing, 30 for lunging.) and has a distinct sound effect when held. Christmas exclusive. Mint Gift Box: 1/25 from gift box events or from Raining Gifts round types. When collected, grants the three types of cosmetics (auras, icons and emotes) once. Can be doubled with Santa armor. Christmas exclusive. Blue Pirate Ship: 1/50 from pirate ship events. The ship contains 25-35 coloured crates as opposed to the normal ship's 6-15 regular crates. This cannot be shown on Christmas. Cargo "Pirate" Ship: 1/150 from pirate ship events. The ship contains containers, which can be opened from the side each containing 7-15 crates inside. The ship moves slower. This cannot also be a blue variant. (Part of 1.7) Good/Bad Die: 1/6 from Giant Die events. Will only spawn good/bad events when rolled. (Green = Good, Red = Bad) Black Market Trader: 1/100 from Wandering Trader events. Will only sell 12-18 rare gears, which can also sometimes be event limited or Rare Gear+ variants.

My ideas for new rare events Jammed Traffic Bullet Train with a Larger Track Severe Block Rain Severe Knife Storm Severe Letter Rain All Plates Grow Infinitely All Plates Shrink to Death 3 Players Life Linked Insta Kill Shock Collars 21-25 Bats 101-120 Arrows 7-10 Lava Pillars 9-13 Spider Webs 9-13 Gift Boxes 10 Second Time Bombs with a Bigger Explosion Radius Skull Bombs on Sweeper and Panel Match (Example: If a Player Gets a Skull Bomb After Betting 2000 Coins, They Will Lose 2000 More Coins)

theres also 2 variants of the ship; blue and giant. the blue has more colorful boxes and most can be cosmics, and the giant one is silver and i dont know the rarity of both but the silver is much bigger and slower. also it has lots of containers that have bunch of boxes inside. the containers are like 9

So if you say that the classic tree can spawn as a great tree and classic is 1/15 and great tree is 1/5000 that means a classic great tree is a 1/75000 rarer than the end.
