January 2, 2015 is a day I wish I could forget but unfortunately I never will. We had my mom in an Austin Texas hospital ICU to get to the point while she was in there she stopped breathing and her heart stopped and medical professionals tried to revive her with CPR filling her IVs up with meds to bring her back and nothing they was doing was working and I was standing close enough to her ICU room door to hear what was said ALL OF OUR EFFORTS TO SAVE HER HAVE EXHAUSTED LETS CALL IT 8:31 PM JANUARY 2 2015. The very next night I had a gig with my band and this song was in the set list and when it came time to play it I had my Les Paul strapped on me and I walked off the stage with it and played these solos in the middle of the dance floor with tears streaming down my face and snot slinging out my nose all over the place and I looked up and said mom this is for you and I just went to ripping the solos on guitar.
