So most mushrooms, so let's avoid night/fog levels, which leaves survival day hard, survival pool hard and survival roof hard. You do have lily pads and flower pots, but you lack offensive plants. Coming to my mind are: Snowpea (175) FumeShroom & Coffee Bean (75+75) Threepeater, Starfruit, cactus/cattail are the only way to deal with balloon zombies because blover is 100 sun, then you have splitpea (125). That's it.

Challenge - Day - 4 - use cob cannon as only attacking plants in survival night (Hard) . Defensive plants and Sun plants are allowed . It's possible I have done it myself.

Challange: (Survival roof) Place pupkin on right site of the roof and protect him - you cat heal him - you cant use freezing plants like winter melon or ice shroom - you cant plant plants in him

I think WinterMelon on snowpea lane would work, and then snowpea with the other peas and gatling To chill as many zombies as possible, and winter melon helps cattail’s lane in particular Might then want the gloom shroom up with the torchwood since it doesn’t need zombies to be chilled to do good work, and magnet shroom keeps it safe from big threats like potential footballs But with PvZ’s difficulty being what it is you probably don’t need to plan it that hard
