I, Spartacus it’s not by choice we can’t choose to help who we fall in love with or are attracted to. It’s unfortunately how this (u could say “messed up”) world works. I know I’m attractive and there are a lot of ppl like Tracey who are not as attractive, weird personalities etc and are married or have boyfriends and not single like me. Yes- there’s always guys that are interested for sex and maybe some for a relationship too but that’s just because we are good looking and/or have a good head on our shoulders doesn’t mean we like them back (u can’t force attraction and love & long term commitment) and it doesn’t mean they’re gonna marry us either- even if they did we would be settling and we would likely be miserable/unhappy and therefore better off staying single. ABSOLUTELY! I had met a mom in a FB group for Secular Homeschooling. Fast forward and my three kids and her three became the best friends playing Little Big Planet together. They then added on Skypeing together almost daily for about five years. Then there was a huge Japanese Jpop and Anime festival taking place in San Francisco, and the kids wanted to attend a together. So the three came to stay with my family here in CA for two weeks. They were from NC. It was a HUGE mistake. They were rude, pushy, didn't follow rules or directions, etc. At the end of the first week we sent them home. The friendships pretty much tanked from then. We learned a HUGE lesson about how people can be one way on line, and a complete other way in person.

When you only have a relationship online, you form an idea in your head of how that person acts in real life. When that fantasy goes on for so long with no reality put into it, there’s absolutely no possible way to not be disappointed and frustrated when the other person doesn’t live up to that fantasy. Even if they are great, they’ll never be that person from in your head. Meeting in person, spending real time together, and experiencing coexistence with them is necessary for seeing them as a real person as opposed to that ideal fictional person that fills in all your blanks.

@@Hoodwinkle To be fair, how you interact online makes a huge difference between getting to know someone pretty well and only superficially "knowing" them. Nearly everyone I've met in person that I've gotten to know online has been what I expected. That's because I talk about complex stuff, rather than day to day stuff, so I really get a sense of how a person thinks and their relationship with the world on a deeper level. Of course, I also don't romanticize people easily, so it's always more of a friendship first. So it's not impossible to get to know the most important stuff about someone online to know if they're a good partner, but it takes some effort and probably a certain kind of personality that's more focused on making good decisions than on getting a partner.

As someone who was friends with a “psychic” and a witch, the psychic isn’t actually talking to a deceased person, they’re talking to demons who were attached to the deceased person and because of that they can provide those specific answers.
