One that the wiki didn’t list is when black hole gets his prize for being safe in this episode, it starts out happy then turns sad. At the last frame it’s visible, it turns happy again. This is because the animation was put into a symbol in adobe animate and it looped

EVERY single mistake in EVERY single mistake in TPOT 1-15 (that I could think of) 0:55: Death P.A.C.T. Again is mistakenly called simply ‘Death Pact’. 4:27: Team8s is misspelled as ‘Team8tes, and Barf Bag’s name is incorrectly punctuated as ‘Barf-Bag’. 4:57: One of the “hands” is actually an opposable foot, specifically Gaty’s. The number of hands AND FEET changes from 5 to 7. 5:12: Puffball’s name is misspelled as ‘Puffall’. 5:39: “Team8tes” misspelling again. 6:56: “Death Pact” misspelling again, and Two is referred to as “he” instead of the correct “they”. 8:27: The word “he’s” is not properly punctuated. 10:04: Barf Bag’s name is mistakenly typed as “BarfBag”. 10:19: A bite mark is left on Two’s head even though the point of the edit is that they were never bitten there. 10:23: Price Tag is referred to as “she” instead of the correct “they”. 10:46: Ironically, “caffeine” is also spelled wrong on the caption here. 11:03: The word “caffeine” is in a different font than the other labels. Fonts were an issue with Price Tag’s face, so why not here? 11:30: Eleven was a recommended character in BFDIA 9, Twelve appears in the storybook and end credits in “Thanks for 2,000,000 Subscribers!”, Thirteen was drawn by Ian Woodside (voice of Gelatin and Ean) in a livestream, and 14 and 15 are featured in the subscriber specials. The 11 should be navy blue, the 12 should be an orangish-yellow, the 13 should be yellow, the 14 should be dark green, and the 15 should be maroon. 13:52: As pointed out by a comment from @mr.coolguy8513, the green bug blood should have been turned purple, not the other way around. 16:01: The word “arms” should have been used instead of the general term “limbs”, as Evidence Bag still had their legs, and was therefore not missing all of their limbs.

One mistake you forgot about was both in TPOT 10 and 13, in TPOT 10, when team8s gets into barf bag's dreams, there's an error with the random ingredient, i forgot what it was, i think it was a text error where it moved slightly or something, in TPOT 13, when pencil pushed golf ball down the stairs, her legs were detached for a split second
