Jiraiya is actually used more for infinity castle due Jiraiya being able to use the mermaid crown relics ability which removes magical resistances which is a huge especially on the higher floors where removing the extra 70 magic resistance on anti physical floors or on anti magic floors 300+ magic resistance can help a lot for magic units

Charmy from black clover, called cotton ingame was a tier 25 Battlepass unit, she is another slow with 5 placement, so Emilia is not the only 5 placement slow unit! (Charmy is circle aoe though so emilia is probably better)

yeah i have her rn she is called cotton and then she is evo she is called cotton (sheep) she is pretty cheap and has big range tho she's attack is circle aoe so emilie will prob be better

most of them need 7 spa because thats exactly how long the cooldown for slow status last so theres no gap between each slow. however koichi need different stats than 7 spa because he have different slow status cooldown and duration

Koichi and jiraya slows the same exact amount 80% for 2.5sec resets after 7 sec total 50%for 4 sec resets after 7 sec total The only things are that jiraya does that on placement and koichi needs money also koichi hits air to while jiraya doesnt and the aoe difference
