Ryu doesn't really have many new tricks. The High Blade Kick is from Street Fighter III. The Hashogeki and Denjin Charge were his V-Reversal and V-Trigger from Street Fighter V, respectively. The Street Fighter V moves are just available without the V-Guage. The only new move he has is the Shin Hashogeki.

Funny thing about Ken's Jinrai kick... It's not a roundhouse. It's a 360 hook kick. Ken is just what every Taekwondo martial artist wants to become- minus the fire.

In past games, the moves had to be activated by mashing a button. There was no other way. In this game, they got turned into a quarter circle motion, and can no longer be extended by mashing.

Just figured id mention that Ryu and Kens Tatsumaki senpukyaku act differently. The Heavy version for Ryu essentially switches places with the opponent after a hit, while kens hits 3 times and still puts the opponent in front of him unless theyre in a wacky position in the air

Down up charge inouts exist because of the power of the moves, you need to hold down for about a second because these moves are either phenomenal anti airs (better then shoryukens) or really broken (Honda butt slam being + on block)

As a long time member of the fgc I find it quite funny how all of the moves he hates and calls useless are the ones that change the frame data. Though I've got to say, both this and the other sf6 character video were very funny and I enjoyed them a lot. Keep doing what you're doing, but for the love of sheng long watch a video on frame data and you'll probably have a better time. Also thought I'd mention now that we are talking about frame data that you have to hold back (or down) for at least 40 frames (2/3 of a second) to get the charge moves in sf6. Even though I've already shown you that I myself am a giga-nerd, I still agree with you on one thing; I also FUCKING HATE GUILE!

I actually checked the frame data on a few of the moves (I believe hundred hand slap was one of them) and didn’t see a difference but I could be wrong!! I’m glad you appreciate the comedy of the video despite its informative flaws! I’m gonna try to be more informative in the future and sorry for the mistakes!
