By the way, the Stotchs' Grounded gets better as the story progresses, from worst to fine to decent. By the way, the worst seasons were seasons 5 to 9, when Stephen was still called Chris.

Yeah there's also times where Butters could have been grounded. Some moments I can think of is in The Losing Edge where the boys don't want to play baseball so they try to lose but looked like they're trying to win. Butters said if you don't win it's one thing but if you don't try you're grounded. In the episode The List when the girls made a list ranking cutest boys to ugliest Butters said if he's last he'll be grounded. When he came 11th he told his parents he's not the ugliest kid in school and his parents said I guess he's not grounded. In the episode Safe Space PC principal wanted Butters to filter out all Cartman's negative comments on social media and if he refused he'll get 2 weeks detention. Of course if Butters gets detention he'll be grounded.

I hate butters parents with a burning passion. I want them gone from the show and to never return, I want butters in a nice foster home were he will be treated better by a loving foster mother and father (and maybe foster siblings). It’s because of butters parents that I have ben watching less South Park as time goes by. I want them gone
