The reason she talks like that is because Cyn is like a computer terminal to the Absolute Solver, and when the A.S. types in commands to make Cyn do stuff, there's a bug that causes her to say the command aloud. Rather than fixing the bug, however, the A.S. figures it would be better to just rely on the stupidity of everyone else.
