The reason she talks like that is because Cyn is like a computer terminal to the Absolute Solver, and when the A.S. types in commands to make Cyn do stuff, there's a bug that causes her to say the command aloud. Rather than fixing the bug, however, the A.S. figures it would be better to just rely on the stupidity of everyone else.

Personally, I feel like Cyn is being controlled by the solver and she don't have the fault of anything that is happening. You guys remember when Uzi became solver Uzi in the episode 4? That happened because she felt N was going to leave her, and that strong emotion apparently let the AS take control of her. Maybe because Uzi was patched, Cyn couldn't take control of her and she just lost the control of her actions. Until she saw N and calmed herself dawn. What about if this happened to Cyn? Louisa threw N to the swamp, that means that he probably would never return. Cyn felt that this was all her fault because of the "we are not broken" thing. And because Cyn wasn't patched the AS took control of her forever. (I know this isn't the best place to post a theory but I wanted to post this somewhere)

Your theory is good but incorrect, but I am actually inspired by it, So, Solver controls Uzi and it's horrible, it controls its hosts when they get upset or feel strong emotions they cannot control. Now, Cyn was a drone that was thrown out. what if her resentment and hate towards humans and other drones was really strong? or the solver just got really strong since she was patient zero. think about it, strong emotions, practically a child, can't control them. Also about your theory, I believe that Cyn doesn't feel anything about N being thrown out because, well, as she says " I have backups ".
