Is kill farming not against TOS for Respawn? It's hard to imagine it being a difficult thing to not notice. I'd imagine they could write a script to monitor accounts that acquired kills via mobile respawn and penalize them

I’m pretty sure kill farming isn’t possible anymore as in ranked if you kill the same person your not rewarded the kill credit, tho idk if that applies to pubs but I’m assuming they are is just wouldn’t make sense to add to one and not the other
