Bloody Fangs the critics didn’t do the film justice. Making a cgi animated film that people of all ages can enjoy is an incredible achievement, especially since a lot of older people aren’t used to that type of film making, therefore making them less likely to relate to, and enjoy it. The movie presented a (at the time) less common theme of "three-dimensional" villains. They demonstrated the philosophy that people aren't born evil, and that their environment has a big impact on who you become in the future. It provided older people with a more "serious" undertone to the movie while also giving children, who may not fully understand, a light hearted and meaningful message that not everyone is "black and white" and the treatment of other people matters.

Kinda seems like QT would do, have an abrupt scene where there is an intense shootout happening off screen. Only for one victor to walk out adjust his clothes (ala Gus Fring) and immediately collapse a few steps away revealing a fatal wound, this song plays as it pans over the absolute carnage that just occurs.

We love contradicting music to the scene. It adds so much emotion. Like for example after a big bomb blew up, scanning the silent and dead world while playing what a wonderful world. It just adds an extra step, and umph, it shows we darn screwed up. And like having really happy music playing while the protagonists are loosing a fight in slow motion. Or like you said an ending where everyone dies it gives it that sense of- I don’t even know how to explain it, but it makes it ten times worse.

So when is everyone gonna realize how good ELO is
@joshybratwurst13984 жыл бұрын
Ugh, it's the situation where I still have a bunch of other classic artists to listen to, and I don't really know where to start with their work. If you can think of the best album to enter into, I'll try it asap
@stellarkyra81384 жыл бұрын
@@joshybratwurst1398 Out of the Blue is their most popular album, and would probably be a good place to start. Time is a personal favorite of mine, though it's not quite as ELO-ish as some of their other albums.

Julien Becker, As StellarKyra said, “Out of the Blue” is one of their most popular and a good start , and Time is also great (tho a little strange and distinct from ELO’s other works), Personal favorite of mine is “new world record”, “Discovery” , “El Dorado”, and “Face the music” are also very note worthy for me My favorite part of Elo’s albums is that the majority feel like their own complete experience, i very rarely listen to my favorite songs individually rather then simply hearing the full album experience from start to finish (tho to be blunt not every single album does this, even the great ELO has a few not great albums that feel too 1 note at times, for me it’s “balance of power”...tho even those have some note worthy songs that stand out)
@joshybratwurst13984 жыл бұрын
@@jeom3808 That's fantastic! I love it when an album can take you through a journey of sound! Speaking of Discovery, Daft Punk's album of the same name accomplishes something similar with beautiful if slightly repetitive, electric French House. Not the same cup of tea, but it's certainly mine!

Hello - i don’t think they were indicating that they wanted to know more but i don’t think they are that underrated, they were pretty big in the 70s and 80s and are still going today, because they have one song that’s used a lot in movies doesn’t necessarily mean they’re underrated

I'm going to be honest here The magic roundabout was a cursed film for me. It was one of those things I barely remembered and tried to find based off one trait of the movie. The trait for me was "a talking red springman and a carouse" . This "memory" haunted me for years. I only found the film's existence again recently, about a month ago.
