I'll be honest, as someone who has had a few stalkers over my past. I kinda understand why this happens. The truth is that these types of people are often expecting a reciprocal relationship because "it was amicable." So when the truth of, "it's over, " sets in, and they're no longer in contact, and life goes on, they get bitter. It's the whole idea of people claiming to get swept up in someone's life to just get used and thrown away. In reality, these people just were chasing a fantasy and regretting the choices they made as a result of just focusing on that fantasy claim they'd been manipulated. The "look at how selfless & humble a person I am" part of things when you can notice aspects and factors to him that aren't as pure as he makes himself out to be. Such as how he'll humble brag when any bit of criticism comes his way he responds to. Basically, he's not a saint but tries his best to control the narrative that he is. That said, that's only some and there are plenty who are also envious assholes or just hates. Regardless, there's more nuance to it than "MrBeast good" or "MrBeast bad." My opinion, I don't actually care about him as an individual in one way or another, but I think what he does is positive and a better use of time than what many others do for attention.

I'd only complain about the thing about sending shoes to africa. From what I hear, businesses often do the same to get Americans to buy a pair and send a free pair to africa, and it actively hurts the economy and small businesses of africa. The only recent drama still going on that I can think of is not even his, but his best friend's. He, a married man with 1 (or 2?) son/s suddenly revealed he was trans. People soon pressed for Mr.Beast's answer to that. He never adressed it, saying it's his choice and his consequences, he'll just be there as his friend through good and bad. Time skip, it turns out later people discover the best friend's age, is married and has kids... which he is also trying to transify, thanks to statements from the wife, who says "everyone applauds him but no one pities me or our children, I don't recognize my husband anymore." Twitter drama still goes on. Probably that family will remain forever broken in my opinion. Have a good day.

I feel like MrBeast is an event that I am looking at a safe distance, because I do not see this going to end in a good way, because any human being with too much power is bound to become a tyrant. Also he was and is still young enough to let that power shape and define him, so ye, I won't criticise him, but I am also not gonna be like "MrBeast could do nothing wrong". Edit: also in terms of the deaf people, it's very frustrating sometimes to have this general social idea that people with disabilities are all striving to become "normal", which is something that we all do at a certain point to fit an able society that is not made for disabled people, but rather than that, to learn that some out of the monetary or just the condition itself, accepting your disability and understanding how that doesn't make you lesser of a human. So while MrBeast helped the people that couldn't be helped because of monetary issues, there's the people that can't be helped with money and continue to live in a society that wants to fix them, when there's nothing that can be fixed. Again his help is good, but on a social context, it may come off a bit socially deaf to the deaf community.
