There is so much to love about this series! My favorite part of the series the ending minutes of season 2, they are unmatched! The changes in the faces of all of the characters said more than words. From the therapist, to the Queen, to Jan-Olaf, Simon, and finally Wilhelm, as he breaks the 4th wall in a way that seems more powerful than ever!

I love that they did this. By breaking the fourth wall, we, the audience, become a part of the drama, accomplices, if you will, in the action. This seemingly simple little touch, in this viewer's opinion, is one of the details that absolutely made the series. And Edvin's performance was convincing, sincere, and, above all, phenomenal. I love this show to death. While I'm sad it's over, I think it was all tied up rather nicely. Wilmon forever! 👏💙✊️

my all favourite is still the one at the end of season 1, bcs he did it with Revolution playing on the back and it was sooo sooo perfectly timed with the word, and it was a real experience watching it for the first time back in 2021, after marathoning 6 eps in one go without any expectation. Like, it really punched the air out of me. This series is really their revolution. ❤

*We were robbed .................* At the very beginning of Season 3, Episode 1, we should have seen the _immediate_ aftermath of the conclusion of Wilhelm's speech --- the teachers reactions, students reactions, the Press reactions, the Royal Family reactions, the PUBLIC REACTIONS. There was literally at least 2 Episodes worth of drama between his speech and the Royal's settlement "meeting." Yet they showed us nothing. *_All because Netflix was too fucking cheap to allow the necessary story to be told/shown._* 3 seasons? BS! This story should have been *NO LESS THAN 5 SEASONS.*

@@miniadler *Netflix had EVERYTHING to do with it.* Let's examine the 2 most popular gay series on cable now: _Young Royals_ and _Heartstopper._ Both released in the same year. _Heartstopper_ received the go-ahead for seasons 2 AND 3 just a few weeks after season 1 was released. _Young Royals?_ It only received the go-ahead for season 2 ONLY and it was a few MONTHS after season 1 was released. *_Why the difference?!_* I'll tell you: _Heartstopper_ was more "innocent" and "Disney-esque." It only showed a small number of kissing scenes and some hand-holding. NOTHING MORE, even to the point of *_literally saying so in the dialogue._* And _Young Royals?_ It had one fairly decent "sex scene" [because that's what all gay romances will advance to -- just like heterosexual romances] and I'm pretty sure Netflix was hemming and hawing whether to allow [read: PAY for] another season. It only relented because of the huge popularity of this show -- remember this: even though _Young Royals_ is a Swedish production [its TOTAL population is about 10M], at least 80% of its fanbase/viewership is *English-speaking in the hundreds of millions.*
